Tracklaying on the south side of Humppila road started today 11.7. The track laid today will be ballasted during the coming weekend. There was a small hurry to get the first meters of track laid, because track elements used had to be transported away from Minkiö before this years Minkiö Steam Festival. Also this trackshould be in use during the Steam Festival when there are two trains running between Minkiö and Jokioinen and the trains will also meet at Jokioinen station.

The work will continue later in autumn when all the track bed until the Syrup Factory should be leveled. The track laying will start only next year.
